Delivery: we deliver within Australia only, via Australia Post. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Cost: standard shipping is $9.95. Orders over $100 ship free.
Returns: 30 days to change your mind. Send it back unused and in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price.
Faulty or damaged: email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Every tool also carries a one-year guarantee against failure in normal use. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Care and cleaning
Dishwasher safe. However, for the best long-term care, we recommend washing with warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge, then drying thoroughly. Avoid steel wool, strongly abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
