These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Cocinaworks website or purchase products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. About Cocinaworks
Cocinaworks is a registered Australian business name operating from Victoria, Australia.
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
2. Our products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, measurements, materials, photographs and other information on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Products containing natural materials, such as wood, may also have minor variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is materially different from its description or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian law.
3. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on Cocinaworks are in Australian dollars.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed using the payment methods available through our Shopify checkout.
Prices, products and promotions may change from time to time. Changes do not affect an order that has already been completed, except where there is an obvious pricing or listing error.
4. Orders and cancellations
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please use our Contact Us form or email cocinaworks@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes once your order has been prepared or dispatched.
In some circumstances, we may need to cancel an order—for example, if:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- we cannot deliver the order; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If Cocinaworks cancels an order you have already paid for, we will provide a full refund.
5. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes may be subject to specific conditions shown with the offer.
Unless we expressly state otherwise:
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotional codes cannot be combined; and
- promotions apply only during the stated promotional period.
We may correct an obvious technical or pricing error affecting a promotion.
6. Shipping and delivery
Cocinaworks currently ships within Australia.
Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, bulky-product charges, estimated delivery times and other delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Change-of-mind returns, faulty or damaged products and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under Australian law.
8. Product use and care
Cocinaworks products should be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product, shown on the packaging or provided on the product page.

Cocinaworks is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, inappropriate storage, failure to follow product instructions or unauthorised modification, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Large or commercial orders
Cocinaworks primarily sells products for personal and household use.
If an order contains unusually large quantities or appears to be intended for commercial resale, we may contact you before processing the order.
Separate arrangements may be required for wholesale or commercial purchases.
10. Customer reviews
Customers may be able to submit product reviews or other feedback through our website.
By submitting a review, you confirm that the content is your own or that you have permission to provide it.
You give Cocinaworks permission to display, reproduce and use your review in connection with our products, website and marketing.
We may choose not to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, unrelated to the product, contains personal information about another person, or appears to be spam.
We will not alter a review in a way that changes the meaning of the customer's opinion.
11. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Cocinaworks name, branding, product photography, written content, graphics and other original website content belong to Cocinaworks or are used with permission.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially use our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Shopify and third-party services
Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for functions such as payments, delivery, analytics and website operation.
Your use of some third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Purchases made through the Cocinaworks store are purchases from Cocinaworks, not Shopify.
13. Acceptable use of our website
You must not use our website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with its security or operation;
- to introduce malicious software;
- to misuse another person's information;
- to impersonate another person; or
- to infringe the rights of Cocinaworks or another person.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect Cocinaworks, our customers or our systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Cocinaworks is not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by use of a product contrary to its intended purpose or instructions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
