Returns: 30 days to change your mind. Send it back unused and in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price.

Faulty or damaged: email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Every tool also carries a one-year guarantee against failure in normal use. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The stainless steel components are dishwasher safe. However, for the best long-term care, we recommend washing with warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge, then drying thoroughly. Avoid steel wool, strongly abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. The wooden components should be hand washed, wiped clean and dried promptly. Do not soak the wood or place it in the dishwasher.
